Product Description

Features/Advantages:

1. Fluid resistance is small, and its resistance coefficient is equal to that of the same length pipe section.
2. In a larger range of pressure and temperature, complete sealing can be achieved, and the working medium can ensure reliable sealing at the inlet sealing seat.
3. Quick start-up and shut-down can be realized, and the start-up and shut-down time of some structures is only 0.05/0.1s, so as to ensure that they can be used in the automation system of the test bed.When the valve is opened and closed quickly, there is no impact in operation.
4. When fully open and fully closed, the sealing surface of the sphere and seat is separated from the medium. Therefore the medium passing through the valve at high speed will not lead to erosion of the sealing surface.
5. Valve body symmetry, especially welded body structure, can well withstand the stress from the pipeline.
6. The closing part can withstand the high pressure difference when closing.
7. Ball valves with fully welded body can be buried directly underground, protect valve internals from erosion, maximum service life of up to 30 years, It is the ideal valve for petroleum,natural gas pipelines.
